Florida Residency

Scholarships are available to families residing in the state of Florida. Parents must provide proof of residency during the application process to qualify for Step Up For Students funding.

Income Eligibility

While some programs prioritize lower-income families, many Florida scholarships are now available to all students regardless of household income, providing broader educational options.

ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

K-12 Students

Students must be eligible to enroll in a Florida public school in kindergarten through 12th grade. This includes children entering Kindergarten (at least 5 years old by September 1st).

Program Options

Families can apply for the Florida Empowerment Scholarship (FES-EO), Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC), or the Personalized Education Program (PEP) to use toward SFK training.
