SFK Soccer Academy is a family-oriented youth soccer academy dedicated to developing players ages 3–15 through quality coaching, structured training, and a positive environment that builds soccer skills, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a lifelong love for the game.

Our Mission

Flexible Scheduling

Enjoy a flexible part-time coaching schedule of just 3–4 days per week, primarily Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Daily hours vary based on your team assignments and coaching responsibilities.

Social Media Content Creator

SFK Soccer Academy is looking for a creative, energetic, and reliable Social Media Content Creator to help capture and share the story of our Academy, players, coaches, and families.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos and videos during practices, games, tournaments, and Academy events.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, and short-form videos.
Develop creative content featuring our players, coaches, parents, teams, and Academy culture.
Generate new content ideas, trends, interviews, challenges, and behind-the-scenes features.
Help plan and structure social media campaigns and promotional advertisements.
Create content that increases engagement, awareness, registrations, and overall growth of the SFK brand.
Attend practices regularly and travel to games and tournaments throughout South Florida when needed.
Work closely with Academy Directors to plan upcoming content and marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Creative and comfortable working around children, parents, and coaches.
Experience with social media content creation, photography, and videography.
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and current social media trends.
Basic to advanced video and photo editing skills.
Strong understanding of what makes content engaging, entertaining, and shareable.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout South Florida.
Organized, dependable, outgoing, and able to work independently.
Soccer or sports content experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a part-time position with flexible hours based on practices, games, tournaments, and Academy events.

Pay, hours, and responsibilities are negotiable based on experience, availability, and portfolio.

About the Position

SFK Soccer Academy is looking for two passionate, energetic, and dependable soccer coaches who genuinely love teaching and developing young players.

We work with children from 3–15 years old, from beginners learning the game for the first time to more experienced players preparing for competitive soccer.

We are looking for coaches with patience, passion, strong character, discipline, and a positive attitude. Coaching children comes with challenges, and we want individuals who are willing to lead, teach, motivate, and help every player improve.

Most importantly, we want coaches who are also willing to learn and grow themselves. SFK coaches are expected to be open to feedback, constructive criticism, coaching courses, and learning from Academy Directors and fellow coaches.

Coaching Schedule

Coaches must have availability for:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Occasional Saturdays for games, tournaments, or Academy events
Practice times vary depending on the assigned team:
- 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
- 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM

This is a part-time position with flexibility based on team assignments.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Head Coach experience
Experience coaching and working with children
Reliable transportation
Must speak English
Spanish is strongly preferred
Dependable, punctual, professional, and organized
Strong communication and leadership skills
Patient and positive when working with young athletes
Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
Ability to represent SFK's standards, culture, and values

Preferred Certifications

The following are recommended and considered a plus:

U.S. Soccer Grassroots 4v4
U.S. Soccer Grassroots 7v7
U.S. Soccer Grassroots 9v9
Other recognized soccer coaching licenses or certifications
CPR / First Aid Certification
