SFK Soccer Academy – Terms and Conditions

By registering your child with SFK Soccer Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Registration & Payment

  • All participants must complete registration and submit full payment prior to the start of the program.

  • Payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

  • Registration is valid only for the specific program, location, and season selected.

 

2. Player Conduct & Expectations

  • Players are expected to show respect toward coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents at all times.

  • Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

  • Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive, sportsmanlike environment.

 

3. Injury & Medical Release

  • Participation in soccer activities involves risk. SFK Soccer Academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training, games, or events.

  • By enrolling, parents/guardians agree to release SFK Soccer Academy, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or medical issues.

  • In case of emergency, SFK has permission to seek medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian is not present.

 

4. Weather & Session Cancellations

  • Sessions may be canceled due to weather, field closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • SFK will attempt to reschedule sessions, but no refunds or credits will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.

 

5. Media Release

  • SFK Soccer Academy may take photos or videos of training sessions and games for marketing, social media, or website use.

  • By enrolling, you grant SFK permission to use images or videos of your child for promotional purposes.

  • If you wish to opt out, please submit a written request to SFKMiami@gmail.com.

 

6. Program Changes

  • SFK reserves the right to adjust training times, field locations, coaching staff, or program structure if necessary.

  • Parents will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

 

7. Code of Conduct – Parents & Guardians

  • SFK encourages a supportive, respectful environment.

  • Parents must refrain from coaching from the sidelines, arguing with officials, or engaging in any form of disruptive behavior.

  • Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility and/or dismissal from the program.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
